Hello, @AbsolutelyMe. I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with the automated service. I'm glad to hear you were able to figure out how to resolve your internet service issues. Is there anything else I can help you with you today?

@XfinityRaul  not at this time .. but it could be worked on when we cannot get to post here or get a real person there should be a back up.. sometimes things do not fit into the neat little AI help options..... Times like I had... My internet has been partially dropping I have notice it on all my games I play it it it was just one game I would just say it was the game but when it affects 3 well there is something wrong.. I could not log into my email, I could not log in here to post when I needed it.. There has to be another one to get the help one needs......

@AbsolutelyMe We have a number of ways you can contact us. Please visit this link to learn about all of the options we have available https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us.

I appreciate you making me aware of your internet signal dropping when you play all of your video games. Have you by any chance tried resetting your modem by using the Xfinity app? How about power cycling your modem, have you tried that?

@AbsolutelyMe This is a great question, Power cycling is unplugging any device for at least 1-2 minutes before plugging it back in to reconnect. We would like for you to unplug your modem for two minutes then allow for it to reconnect to your Wi-Fi  network. If you have a separate router or any type of Wi-Fi extenders please unplug them as well. Please plug in your modem first. It should take about five minutes or so before everything reconnects.

With your gaming console is it connected via Wi-Fi or ethernet?
