We have both cable and internet but our line was hit by a branch and almost touching the ground. Can we get this raised back to normal height?

@user_obq4se Is your service currently affected due to the line issue? Has the tree debris been cleared from the line yet? Our technicians will be unable to perform the hanging of the line if there is still tree branches suspended on the line. Those will need to be cleared by an appropriate company, typically the local utility company as they own the poles, before our work to rehang the line can begin.
