Downed cable

a storm took out the power and a trapeze cable running across the street to our house that gives us internet. the powerlines have been repaired and restored but the cable running across the street to our house is just left sitting on the ground. calling in to xfinity support gives us an automated message saying there are outages in my area, and no option to speak with anybody. I'm not entirely sure it's actually the case that anyone's cable is out except ours. I'm just wondering if this issue is actually actively known/being worked on or if no one even knows our line is down. We need someone to come and fix our cable, regardless, which is now hazardous, on the ground.
