Downed line

A semi truck drove down our street and severed our cable/internet line in two.  My Xfinity app won’t let me submit the request to fix it.  They show no outage.  How can I get this line fixed?

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
