Downed Xfinity Coax Cable Outside My Home [Edited]

I have tried using the AI chat multiple times to get help with a9 downed Xfinity coax cable outside my home. Talked to at least 4 live agents in the chat only to be cut off slightly before they could successfully book a technician visit, and talked to 4 or 5 agents on the phone. Same thing with the first four agents, the phone call was dropped before a service technician could be scheduled. Last Friday, I was expecting a service technician to show up at my home to fix the downed wire, they were again a no-show. If you are having internet connectivity issues or a downed wire, expect to spend at least 15 hours on the phone trying to get a service tech. Their automated menue [Edited: "Language"] so bad you must go thru the entire menu every time you try and schedule a technician visit and they have zero abilities in the menu to bypass troubleshooting so you can talk to a human being. I am very close to canceling service and just bite the bullet with the Starlink product.

user_pfcf27 This isn't the experience we want you or any customer to have, and my team can help. Are your services currently impacted due to the downed coax cable?
