Downgrade Internet/TV to just internet.

Hi, I would like to speak someone regarding switching to stand alone internet without tv as my bills have gotten too expensive.   Thank you.

Hi @user_jtthac  We understand need for different services happen and you can change your Xfinity internet or mobile plan online any time by signing into your account on the Xfinity Website or by using the Xfinity App. We also have options for streaming if you are looking to change up your TV entertainment as well as new internet plans that include Xfinity Mobile with a free line for 12 months to help bundle more of your services and save more! Please let me know if you have additional questions or run into any issues with the plan change.

It only lets me add to my existing plan and not remove the TV completely unfortunately.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

 

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
