Good morning, @user_pfiy0h ! Thanks for reaching out. Seeing your DVR usage percentage drop usually means additional storage space is now available. This can happen when older recordings are automatically removed, your account or equipment syncs and updates storage information, or a temporary reporting error is corrected after a refresh.
Older recordings were not deleted. I want to be sure that my dvr capacity didn't increase and I'm paying more by accident. Please check this for me. Thank you.
Good morning @user_pfiy0h , and thank you for reaching out. I'd be happy to review your account and make sure there haven't been any changes to your DVR storage limits that could result in additional charges. Please send me a DM with your full first and last name and complete service address, and I'll be happy to investigate this further for you.
