DVR issue and a service wasn’t removed from my acct

Hi! 
I need assistance with my dvr and a service wasn’t taken off my account as promised a couple of months ago

To send a Direct Message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
