Look at all you have to do to get to the area to send a direct message. That right there tells you how they feel about customer service, shouldn't take that many steps to do this or have to "dig" through the website to be able to do that. The chat assistant is worthless.
please share your response, couldn't answer that when i called today, supposedly no one was available to calculate that. It will at least give me an estimate. Thank you for your time.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
