[Edited] Internet Service for the last three months

Hello. I’ve had xfinity as my home internet for almost 3 years. And for the last 3 months I have been continuously having issues where my WiFi dropped and the router restarts by its self. And this isn’t the first time it’s been happening. I’ve gotten text notifications that the issue was fixed two weeks ago. But guess what. ITS STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT. Why am I still paying my bill early, in full and on time from [Edited: "Language"] internet service? I don’t know but honestly I’m getting sick of this [Edited: "Language"] service. ALSO for the last year and a 1/2 I’ve been getting charged $5 a month for my tv remote. THAT I GAVE BACK TO YOU PEOPLE. and your customer service number is NOT reliable or helpful.

Good morning @user_74xab1, and thank you for reporting your recent internet connectivity issues and your remote control charges. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can work on getting both issues resolved for you.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

This app is useless. I’m finding nothing with the directions provided. I want someone to email me.  Seems to be the only acceptable answer at this point since this app is useless as well as calling customer service just to get hung up by a robot
