[Edited] Internet

Why is Comcast Internet on a weekly basis goes down for maintenance which I think is not a good business practice just because you do it late at night. And you expect me to want to use some of your other services like phone. Why don’t you offer 5G so we don’t have to [Edited: "Language"] around and never have to worry about losing Internet anyway it [Edited: "Language"]. I gotta figure out it to just get rid of stuff to work on T-Mobile

I agree it must not be a very good system that they had to take the Internet down on a weekly basis late at night

user_ro5h6a Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us here on the Xfinity Community Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration and impact the service interruptions are having on you and your ability to work from home. I understand how critical a strong and reliable connection is, especially during the middle of the night, and we sincerely apologize for this difficult experience.

Our local maintenance teams do work on network upgrades late at night to minimize disruption for the majority of our customers, as it is the lowest usage time. However, we want to look into this further to see what specifically is happening in your area and to investigate the root cause of these issues. I would be happy to review your specific situation. Could you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address? That will allow us to check on the work being done in your area and see what we can do to help.
