Email Deactivation + Customer Service

Good Morning! I have two items of note :

1. The reason I am reaching out. I continuously get notifications about my email expiring. I only maintain this email for the service. Can I please stop getting these notifications?

2. The additional issue - xfinity chat. I have asked multiple times and multiple ways to be connected to a live agent and it cannot seem to do it. I tried following prompts and when it could not understand the question above it still would not connect me to a live agent. This has been beyond frustrating this am. How do I connect with someone to chat live and solve solutions when the service refuses to do so?

Thank you,

Official Employee

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize for any experience you're having with your Xfinity services. The Xfinity e-mail notifications come if you're not logging in at these once every 12 months to keep the e-mail active.

I'll be more than happy to assist you with any concerns you have with your services all you have to do is send me a direct message with your name and complete address to get started

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

    • Click "Sign In" if necessary
    • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
    • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
    • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
    • Press Enter to send your message

If I am an active customer can I believe have the email active issue turned off? I am an active customer and thus, using the account.
