Email from Xfinity regarding free Xumo TV
Hello,
I received a legitimate-looking email from Xfinity titled "Update on your incentive item from Xfinity" with the following:
"You've completed all the necessary requirements to qualify for your Xumo TV 43". We'll get your item shipped to you right away."
The message includes a real FedEx tracking number via a emails.xfinity.com link. I have not been able to verify this shipment through the Xfinity site or via the text message support. I did recently update my TV and internet plan. I didn't get any Xumo services when I updated my plan.
What is this promotion? Is this real? Is this TV really free?

I also received the same email 2 days ago and the tv arrived today. I tried to call to number on the email but it would ring once then switch to a busy signal which made me think it was also a scam. Then the tv came today via FedEx so I called xfinity and spoke to someone from the billing department to ask why I received it. He couldn't find anything on my account and said there was nothing on my bill. He also said that Xfinity doesn't have tv's. So I don't know where it came from or what is going on.

I got the same e-mail this afternoon. Earlier today, I got an e-mail from Fedex notifying me that a 23 lbs. package had been shipped from Comcast. So at least I know what's coming now. But I don't know why?
