email not loading on my phone

comcast email does not load fully on my android phone. gmail loads correctly.

this issue just started a few days ago. I can see that I have mail, but when I open it, the body of the email does not load.

I'm using Samsung email app which comes with the phone. I've been using that app for the last year with no problem.

@user_9irr0g Thank you! Have you had a chance to check all your settings are correct, and tried to clear your cache and cookies from the email app yet?
