Email Password Reset - Xfinity NOW - comcast.net Email

I need to reset my email password but none of the provided options are working. 

The password reset page says that I need to call 1-800-XFINITY for a reset code: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/reset

When I call support (1-800-XFINITY), there is no option to request a reset code and no option to speak with a live representative.

There is no direct message option on the Xfinity support forum (forums.xfinity.com).

I suspect that the live rep option and direct message option have been disabled for my account since I have Xfinity NOW service. 

How do I reset my email password if I cannot speak to a live representative and I cannot send a direct message?

Good morning @tooRew2btrue One thing to remember is NOW is prepaid, while XFINITY is your traditional postpaid service. Also,  NOW service is separate from being an XFINITY customer. While it does use the same physical infrastructure, the billing, troubleshooting, and support are handled exclusively online. We do not have the ability to view, change, update or troubleshoot NOW internet.

I used the NOW online assistant and was given the instructions above: call 1-800-XFINITY. The reason I made this forum post is because none of the online support options provide a way to reset email password. Is there a separate online support channel for comcast.net email accounts?

I have already used the online assistant which said to call 1-800-XFINITY. The Xfinity password reset page also says to call. There is no option to reset an email password, no option to get a reset code, and no option to talk to a human representative when calling 1-800-XFINITY. Essentially, a loop of customer service dead ends.
