Email reminders my Comcast.net email account will be closed

I keep getting emails that my comcast.net email account is about to be closed.

Clearly, it is not inactive, as I use it almost every day.

I suspect these are just phishing attempts, but I just wanted to confirm whether Comcast is migrating their .net emails to some other domain, or whether my email address is still valid.

@bjrkms Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can make sure your Email account remains active. How often are you accessing your inbox directly from our site? You can sign into your Email here: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/. 

 

Your email account will remain active if you access it using the Xfinity Email website at least once every nine months. You can find more information here.

we were unaware of this requirement and now our email address is closed, but we need it for our work!  How can we fix this?

What do you mean by "now that Firefox is closing"?  Mozilla is not closing down Firefox.  Do you mean that Firefox suddenly shuts down?  Can you be a little more specific about this?
