Good Morning, @user_a1cuxm! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I know we always want to make sure your information is secure. If your email information is up-to-date, and you access your comcast.net frequently, there would be no reason to no longer have access to your email account. Check for the "XFINITY Verified Email" logo in your Xfinity Connect webmail inbox. The logo, appearing next to the email subject, indicates the email's authenticity. If the logo is missing or appears elsewhere in the email, it's likely a scam. You can also verify by hovering over any links to see if they lead to an official Xfinity domain and by checking the sender's email address for a legitimate Xfinity domain.  If you suspect this to be a phishing/scam email, we would recommend reporting it.
