Hey @user_pm2cvj, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Based off the limited information within the post, we are not able to fully determine if the email was provided and sent through Xfinity. You can always forward any suspicious email to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team by forwarding to abuse@comcast.net. More information can be found on our 'View full message headers from emails to report email spam' support page.
We are currently in the middle up upgrading your comcast.net email experience by transitioning all email to Yahoo! This will require accepting their Terms of Service to keep the email active before we permanently deactivate all other emails that do not transition. You can find more information on this by visiting our 'Upgrade your comcast.net email experience' support page.
If you happen to need anything more, please do not hesitate to ask.

@user_pm2cvj
It was not sent by Xfinity.
If you look at the email in webmail and you don't see the verified logo next to it, you can bet that it's not a legitimate email. Plus, up to this point any email upgrades that Comcast has done has been done without notice.
