Employee Misconduct

My wife went to an xfinity location today to try and get help with our new router that is not working properly. She was helped and left with no incident.

After my wife left, she received a call which she declined, she then immediately received a text from the same number. The person identified himself by name as the worker who had just helped her in the store. He then proceeded to say “I’m sorry to be weird, but I think you are 10/10 beautiful”.

This employee stole our personal account information to get my wife’s cellphone number and directly contact/stalk her for his own personal gain/motives.

This is completely unacceptable and we want to make this is addressed immediately.

what is the best way to make a formal complaint and make sure this is properly addressed?

@User278901xyz, I am very sorry that your wife experienced this. I completely understand why receiving a personal call and message from an employee shortly after leaving the store would be extremely concerning, especially when you did not provide her contact information for personal communication. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
