equipment box

 I am reaching out to request assistance with replacing the small equipment box as it has been consistently cutting out. 

Could you please provide me with the necessary steps or guidance on how to properly make this replacement?

Hi there, @sdrfwerwerwere. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your box. The quickest way to replace it would be to take the unit and power cord to a local XFINITY store and exchange for a new one. Locations and hours can be found here : https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. Alternatively, we can ship one out with a return kit, but that would take a few days. How would you prefer to proceed?
