Equipment Order Status
Hello, I ordered the self-setup internet equipment kit and 8/16 and everything I read says it should have been shipping out by now to my new address, but I never received a shipment notice after the order confirmation. I am willing to wait, but I want to make sure nothing is wrong with the order. The xfinity assistant does not seem able to help me. Is there a way to reach out to someone to check the status? Thank you.
