Equipment ownership

Hello,

I’m requesting confirmation of ownership and function of a communications enclosure mounted on a utility pole on a residential street.

I am not reporting an outage — only requesting identification of whether the equipment belongs to your company and its general purpose (communications infrastructure vs. monitoring).

Please confirm by email for my records.

Thanks for reaching out through our community forums, user_armzds! Our team doesn't have access to that information, but we may be able to reach out to groups that do or have a ticket submitted for a potential issue with Comcast equipment. Was there a reason this info is needed?

Yes I am trying to determine what is connected to my account. I do not know if it is shared or one unit.  Can you connect me to someone to inform me?

Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address so we can better assist you. 

To send a direct message:
