Equipment return harassment - can’t get resolved

Assisted living account. 
cable tv and wall mounted modem under facility;

my account added separately billed phone access (VOIP) with separate user provided modem. 
NO EQUIPMENT ISSUED BY COMCAST OR FACILITY. 

CLOSED DECEMBER 2022 due to death of user. 
Credit balance left on closed account. 
still getting harassed.
