Equipment return

I need to return a gateway and have not had any luck getting a label, I have tried the equipment return site and I get an error every time and I have tried three different browsers. I have used the chat multiple times and am told they will send a label and verify my email and nothing is ever sent. The last time I was told they would schedule a pickup and that also didn't happen. It was much simpler when a prepaid label was included in my new equipment box that I could just drop off at any ups store.

@user_2j2krl Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I can understand the frustration if you haven't been able to print a return label. Just to clarify, if you are planning on taking the equipment into your local UPS store, they will actually scan the equipment and print a label and package it all right there for you. Let us know if you still need assistance.
