Equipment return

I need to return equipment as I have canceled service.  What paperwork do I need and where do I send.  I am several hours from a retail store so that is not an option.

Hi @user_1pvek4, thanks for reaching out to us today. Do you happen to have a UPS store close to you? You can drop off XFINITY equipment there if an XFINITY store is not an option.
