EQUIPMENT RETURNED, NO RECEIPT
Firstly, I was sold a doorbell for my apartment by a rep who failed to mentioned that you needed a pre existing doorbell built in. So I returned the doorbell after being charged $115. No receipt was provided by the in store rep. No one in store can track the return and the customer service number can't confirm the return either. Xfinity basically stole $115 from me, I didn't even take the new doorbell out of the box. No one can help me and there's no history of the return. Unbelievable.
