Equipment sent to early to new address

Scheulded equipment to be sent on October 16 and was sent two weeks early to an apartment that i am not currently living in. Is it possible for equipment to be reshipped on currect date?

Thank you for letting us know @user_5se1d6! We regret to hear the equipment was shipped sooner than requested. Are you able to contact the apartment’s landlord or management office to see if they can hold onto the equipment for the next few days?

I had to get UPS to take it to one of there facilities but i am out of town til Saturday and won't be able to pick it up so apprently they send it back to sender if it wasnt picked up in the time limit.

Oh okay, from the sounds of it, it would appear Saturday might be outside that time limit. I know some deliveries can be rescheduled through their website, was this option available at all @user_5se1d6?

No it was not after I already had to pay to have it held.
