Error claiming free pods

Hello,

I got email about claiming free pods and I see it also to in the app with ‘claim button’. 
However, after clicking it , signing in and after the page ‘adding to your xfinity plan…’, it shows message “

Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly.

Its been like that for a month now.

For better clarity, did the email say that you are eligible for a free pod?

xFi Complete includes a home assessment to help ensure you have reliable WiFi, and it looks like you may benefit from a WiFi Extender (formerly known as WiFi Boost Pod) to help extend your WiFi coverage and eliminate dead spots throughout your home.
