Error code on TV

Same issues at my son's house. I babysit his son. He loves to watch Sesame Street. But Every day for the last week when you turn on the TV you get the error code and message that they are having trouble connecting and to try again. He's done everything suggested wuth no results. This morning I turned on the TV at 7 am hoping the issue would be resolved by 10 am, but it's not. Still same message and error code. For as much money as they pay for service, it's unacceptable. They are considering dropping Xfinity and going to YouTube TV. Comcast Xfinity is the worst.
