We recommend going to this link (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password) if you need more information on how to do that. I am signed in and can send and receive mail on my iPhone and iPad. I can receive mail but not send with Apple Mail on my notebook. As you can see, I am signed in on the web.
