Escalating My Need For Resolution

When Xfinity service became available in my area, I signed up for service immediately! When the contracted drop bury crew came to my home, they damaged my home. I reached out to Xfinity/Comcast. I have had tickets opened, I have been passed from supervisor to supervisor, I have lost count of the number of people who have been sent to my house to assess the damages, and my home still has not been repaired! This has been going on for OVER TWO YEARS!!! I need to know who I can contact to ACTUALLY get this resolved ASAP!
