"Every Day Pricing" Internet Plans
Questions:
1. What are the upload speeds?
2. Is there an additional monthly FEE (on top of those prices) to RENT the Xfinity modem?
3. Can we get one of these Internet plans and KEEP our own modem?
4. If we KEEP our current Internet plan, do we get NO DATA CAP?

Good Morning tzr916, these are fantastic questions! We'll do our best to address each one of these for you and others who may have similar questions.
1. Our base upload speed on all internet tiers is 35 Mbps, but in Enhanced Network markets, these speeds may be higher, up to symmetrical speeds
300 Mbps - 35-300 Mbps
500 Mbps - 35- 500 Mbps
1 Gigabit - 35- 1 GB
2 Gigabit - 250 Mbps- 2 GB
2. These new plans are all-inclusive- Unlimited Data and Equipment are included should you choose to lease Xfinity internet equipment.
3. Yes
4. Also yes - unlimited data is part of the package, and now no longer depends on if you use our equipment or not.

Hmm, I asked "If we KEEP our current Internet plan, do we get NO DATA CAP". I don't think you understand what I was asking because you said "yes, unlimited data is part of the package".
Please clarify, I wanted to know if NO DATA CAP is going to be applied to EXISTING customers who do NOT sign up for one of these new EDP plans?

I spoke to Xfinity Support via DM. They told me: "in your area we are not offering the 5-year promotions"... But the official comcast websites say there are yearly and monthly pricing. So why are some people offered these deals but others are not?
They also said "the new packages are not compatible with Cable Cards and if we switch you over, you would lose the use of the Cable Cards". Why is that?
Note that if I sign into my account and go to my services, there is in fact an offer for $9.39/mo for 5 years!
