Hello user_453bqy! I'm sorry that your services are out with this broken cable. I know how horrible it is when the services are out and more so when you can see the issue. I'm sorry that the next appointment is out so far. When our services are impacted by a damaged cable we are only able to set up a repair appointment.
You can also sign up for a waitlisted appointment by texting Waitlist to 266278. If a sooner appointment becomes available you will be notified and have the option to claim that sooner appointment date/ time.
If the broken cable is impacting other people it's possible that it will alert the network team which would create an area issue and the line would be repaired.
