Didn’t get to use the $100 promotional gift card can I get a new one? None of the balance was used.

I am sorry to hear that the gift card you got expired before you had a chance to use it. We have a special team that handles replacement gift cards. You would call the Xfinity Promotion Center team at 1-877-227-0956 to order a replacement card. This information can also be found on the Xfinity Incentive Tracker website.
