Expired promotional debit card
When cleaning out my desk I found an old xfinity mobile debit card that had not yet been activated. Card amount is $200 with an expiration date of 06/23. I can’t believe I had misplaced this and not used it. Is there any way to reissue this card? We are still xfinity customers.

Thank you for meeting us here in our community, @user_be416b. What a great find. I'm surprised you misplaced a $200 Prepaid Gift Card. We'll gladly get a ticket opened for you to see if it may be replaced. Have you checked to see what it says on: https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/. This is our incentive tracker.
In order to assist, we'll have to get your name and address in a Direct Message.
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
