Expired refund

You issued a credit to our account for an over payment.  It was issued on a debit card.  It was a refund for money that you owed me and I let the card expire.  I didn't realize a refund would have an expiration date.  I have noted and did research on this and have found that you guys are typically kind enough to re-issue the card.  It was in fact a refund.  Not a gift card and not a promotion.  It was issued because I paid you too much money.

Can I get the card re-issued.

Let me know.  Thank you.

Hello user_xvhayx this is a unique situation, and we'd love to help in any way possible. Have you had an opportunity to check our Xfinity Incentives site, and contact this team regarding the expired card? The number listed is 1-833-269-9036.

This refund service is a joke. They have me going through loopholes after loopholes for a $30 refund that I’m still waiting for and there’s no way to get straight to a person you have to go through the automatic  human and I don’t understand your needs ill probably gonna move on to a different service provider
