Expired VISA promotional card

Hello,

I have a $75 promotional VISA card from Xfinity that expired. It has not been used. How can I get a replacement? I have called several times and have spoken to representatives who have no idea. Can someone please help? Thank you.

That said, I see it expired without any of the funds being accessed. We know life can get busy, so this can happen at times. No worries! We've got you covered. The fastest route would be to contact our Xfinity Incentive team here: https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track. When you arrive at this link, you'll see a support option at the bottom of the page. You can elect to send them a message and wait for their follow-up, or you can give them a call at any time between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST. This is the same team I would open a ticket with, so I'm confident they'll be able to get this resolved. Do you remember if you called the general support number or this team directly?

@XfinityVianney​ I called the Xfinity customer support who then directed me to the incentives/promotions line which is the same place you’re directing me to. They said they only handle promos, not reissuing cards. I called twice and got told the same thing again. I am getting the runaround and nobody seems to be able to help. I would just like the card reissued please.

Let's get a ticket submitted to see if we can get that gift card reissued. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

@XfinityAlyssaA​ I sent a message over a month ago and this still has not been resolved. Whoever is handling the messages keeps asking for the SAME information that was already provided in previous messages. It has been OVER A MONTH. Can someone please reach out to me to get this resolved? I am not getting any help through the messages.

Good evening user_asrw2y did you have an opportunity to visit our Xfinity Incentive Tracker site and contact our support personnel? If the gift card is expired, they can re-issue it for you.
