Exposed Cable Pedestal (Cables/Fiber Optics)
Our neighbor crashed into the Green Electrical box and the Cable Pedestal for our street, severely damaging both. Electrical box has been replaced as of 1:20 am on 3/22/26. Comcast/Xfinity isn’t scheduled to come out until Friday 3/27/26, no one has come to evaluate the damage. Cables are exposed and it will be raining shortly. My neighbors and myself included have called to request a more rapid response, but have been unsuccessful.

Hi there, we really appreciate you taking the time to reach out and let us know what’s going on. We completely understand why this is concerning, especially with the cables exposed and weather coming in.
At this time, the visit scheduled for 3/27 is the earliest appointment available for this type of repair. We know that’s not ideal, but this is the soonest our team can get out there to properly assess and address the damage.
In the meantime, we do recommend keeping a safe distance from the pedestal and any exposed lines for safety.
We truly appreciate your patience while we get this taken care of.
