Failed mobile order

I have spoken to six different reps and have been told different things by each for a missing phone order. I ended up cancelling my internet and mobile service. No resolution to the issue. I was told different things by different reps. No effort to retain my account.

user_ut00t4 Thank you for reaching out, we do apologize about your experience. We definitely want to help all of our customers reach a resolution. Was the Xfinity Mobile order never placed, or was the device lost in transport?

Lost by FedEX. I opened a ticket with them. They closed it noting the time was lost. I just canceled my internet service and spent two hours getting a refund for a phone I never received. I do not understand why no one at Xfinity was able to confirm the phone/shipment was lost and send me a new phone before I had to spend 10 days trying to resolve the issue and speaking to seven different reps with three different tickets opened. I had enough and that is why I cancelled all of my services today less than a month after signing up. Xfintiy does not seem interested in retaining me. Worst customer service ever. All the reps were polite, but only the last one FINALLY resolved the issue by getting me a refund.

user_ut00t4 This is definitely not what we want our customers to deal with, and it's sad that this situation has pushed you away from us. I'm glad to hear you were able to find help in getting a refund.
