False Advertisement
I was told my monthly payments were going to be around 70 dollars before tax if I signed up for phone services. I did that and had a problem with delivery and now I can't get the advertised rate. I'm paying $85 for the internet and $22 for the phone, total of $107. I've called and stayed on the phone for hours with different agents. Everyone tells me they're escalating the problem but there's no solution. I'm very disappointed and will not be renewing.
