False incentives

Hello, when I first signed up for internet I was told I would get a free year of mobile service included with my plan. It was even in my Xfinity app under the internet box is a mobile box and it said claim free year of mobile service!! I clicked on that to claim the free mobile service. It gave me a line and now is charging me!! I spoke to representatives in the chat and they said that promotion is only for a diff tier not the one I have. That wrong!! It was offered to me and I signed up through where it said for me to claim it!! That's false advertisement. I'm very upset. I have screenshots to prove it. It was offered to me and in my account!! It said I'm eligible!!

@user_0xa9zh I am sorry to hear about this issue. Did you just make any changes recently to the tier on the account?

No I didn't not. It's the same as when I got it. I was told that when I first got my service and it has it in the app. It said claim ur free year of mobile service and that is what I used to get the mobile line!! It said I was eligible. I have the screenshots to prove it.

I tried that before this and they were absolutely no help at all!! I did the chat with support through the app. The first guy wasted 20 mins or so and then said he doesn't have access to mobile so he's going to transfer me. The second guy said he understands and knows how I feel but that promotion is only for 300 tier internet not the one I am on! I said well why was I told by one of ur guys when I first got it that I can get free mobile for a year? Why did it say in the app under my account that I'm eligible and to claim it here?! I hit that button to get the mobile line. He just said sorry unfortunately ur not eligible cause it's only for 300 internet tier. That's ridiculous!! It was offered and said im eligible under my account!! It should be honored since it was in my account and that's what I used to sign up, instead of using an excuse. I'm soo frustrated over this!!
