Feedback regarding a recent chat

I’d like to provide feedback about a recent Xfinity chat agent who resolved my issue but needs to be coached on professionalism and not wasting the customers time. I tried to provide feedback via the survey question after the chat ended but for some reason it didn’t accept my response to the feedback. I have screenshots of the entire chat. Please contact me to get more details on a very very very poor customer experience with a live chat agent.
