file a complaint

I want to file a complaint against your lack of customer service. I have had representatives provide incorrect information and has caused me to loose money and clients I asked for supervisors to contact me had representatives laughing in the background of the calls as well as being put on hold without being told I was being placed on hold or silent. I would like someone to contact me back and pull and review the calls. Yes.. you will hear me upset and yelling because I was getting poor service with compassion nor empathy.  asked for my address to  be updated multiple times which it has not.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
