Finally A Professional Experience
I can’t believe it but it happened, A Customer Service Professional reached out to me and took control of a very bad situation and turned it around and created a positive experience that didn’t go 100 percent my way. Many of us are business owners and deal with customers who aren’t very pleasant and can only see it their way. I was that customer due to a series of very inexperienced customer service reps being involved with my particular situation. When someone engages you like your a person and not an account number, Then proceeds to actually understand in a human like fashion , Treats you with respect and therefore earns your respect then I can deal with the outcome that did not actually turn out how I wanted it to, It turned out the way it was supposed to. My hats off to the specific agent who dealt with me. This person should head up the customer service initiative at Xfinity. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer and a person.
