Finally cutting the cord in 2025. It's time to say "Buhbye" to Comcast.

Cable has gotten more and more useless and costs far too much for the amount of commercials that you're subjected to. Comcast raising bills yet again, further gouging their customers as if they don't do that enough already, has motivated me to cut the cord.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I'm with you "running". These guys decided to move NBCS BAY AREA SPORTS OVER TO A MORE EXPENSIVE PLAN so now I'm paying the same overpriced subscription with no Basket Ball Hockey nor Baseball. Greedy you know what I'm bailing from Comcast and cutting the cord and internet. Going with the other guys with 3 initials.
