Are you trying to access the app on a 3rd party device? Are you using one of our X1 TV boxes and running into an error?
@XfinityAmandaB I am trying to add it to my TV box. It prompts me to subscribe and get charged. I already have a Fox Nation subscription with them. I simply want to add it by logging in and adding so it is available on my TV
Thank you for clarifying, @user_usrbpk! All the information I could find regarding the Fox Nation app on X1 suggests it can only be accessed using your Xfinity ID and password.
