Frauded

Someone strategically scammed me out of my phone using xfinity information and xfinity assistance texts. Customer service is a joke and has not helped me one bit. I ended up in a store crying because I feel so defeated.

Hello, @user_jaannan I can only imagine the exhaustion and overwhelming concern. Was the Xfinity store able to help and point you in the right direction?

They were very kind, but informed me that I had to call the fraud department. Which is who told me to go to a store.

Were they able to provide any additional or different contact information at the store?

user_jaannan, I am terribly sorry that we left you feeling that way. I'm sure with being in your position not receiving help and each team telling you to go to the other for help is causing more frustration. Please let me help us get on the right path so that we can help resolve the invalid charges / changes on the account.

No someone posed as xfinity and called me telling me I needed to send my phone back using information only xfinity had.
