fraudulent practices

Being sent return labels for item I did not order and did not accept. Confirmed by UPS that item was returned and received not accepted by me. Still showing on my invoice and I am still owed a refund for this fraudulent order created by an agent who was supposed to re-connect my mobile internet access.

I am sorry to hear about this situation @user_eb544a. Having an unauthorized order placed on your account is a serious matter, and I completely understand your frustration. Our team is a bit limited when it comes to Xfinity Mobile, but I'd like to take a closer look and if needed, get this over to our dedicated team. 

If you could, please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
