"Free" iPad

I reached on 9/25 regarding my Xfinity internet and cable service. I was told by the Rep that they were sending me a "free" ipad for being such a loyal customer. There is always a catch, right? I probed and probed and was advised this truly was a gift, I would only pay $55.83 for taxes and shipping/handling.

Then I just received a $63.96 MOBILE bill. I was never told I was being set up for a mobile account nor did I agree to one. Not only that, the bill includes a monthly fee for the ipad....

I connect via Chat as this seems to be the only way to tlak to someone and was told there is a $40 credit on my Tv/internet bill to over the $40 for the mobile bill. However, the billing statement shows up for $63.96. Billing is also set up on automatic payments which NOBODY has the ability to remove.

This is such a scam. I am livid and nobody can help, I am just getting passed back and forth between the mobile and internet team. I am ready to cancel all of my services with xfinity.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
