Free upgraded modem shows delivered but nowhere to be found

In my account I had clicked the option to upgrade my modem for free. Delivery updates were made and it shows that the modem was deliverd last night at 10:30PM, but there is no box anywhere on my property. I've checked with neighbors and none of them picked up the box and brought it in their house for safekeeping until they saw me. (All of the neighbors were asleep at that time anyway). If I can't find the box that was said to be delivered can I just go into an Xfinity store and get the free upgraded modem?
